Kirk McClure

Kirk McClure is a professor of urban planning in the School of Public Affairs and Administration. His teaching and research examines housing market behavior and evaluates federal affordable housing programs. His research has been supported by multiple grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
